Accommodation reservations
To formalize the reservation at Petit Hotel Porrera, we request an advance payment of 30% of the total price of the stay.
In specific cases such as bridges, Easter and special stays, we may request to pay 100% of the stay in advance.
The rest of the amount of the stay will be settled upon arrival at Petit Hotel Porrera.
The official ways of booking are through the web using the AvaiBook booking engine, by phone or whatsapp, or by email.
Accreditation and registration of travelers
People who stay in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia must register there. Article 2 of Order IRP/418/2010, of August 5, on the obligation to register and report to the General Directorate of the Police of people staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia. The national identity document is mandatory from the age of fourteen. Article 9.1 of Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30, on the protection of public safety.
At Petit Hotel Porrera we have an automatic communication service by reading the original DNI or Passport. The manual management of the passenger register, because the customer does not have either of the two documents indicated, will mean a supplement of €1 in terms of administrative management.
Cancellation conditions
The customer has the right to cancel the confirmed reservation, without any penalty, as long as it is done before 15 days before the date of arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation made by the customer within 15 days prior to the arrival date will result in the following penalties, unless otherwise agreed:
– Cancellation up to 72 hours before: 100% of the amount of the reservation will be charged.
– Cancellation between 15 and 3 days before: 30% of the amount of the reservation will be charged.
In the event that the client leaves the accommodation days before the contracted stay, no payment will be made by Petit Hotel Porrera, unless a specific agreement between the parties.
For cancellations of reservations made between December 22 and January 5, Holy Week and bridges, the amount paid as reservation-deposit (30% of the stay) will not be returned.
